A free event that you are all welcome to take advantage of.It will be taking place at the Texas Opry Theater on Monday, November 25th. This is just the beginning of many events to come through out the year. The newly formed,(501c3) Non profit (pending status) and Faithbased Individual Family and Community Wellness Coalition (IFC) is geared to meet the need for Free to the Public awareness and educational information on a variety of afflictions that affect many facets of our lives. Substance abuse is one of the paramount problems that is growing, destroying, and killing daily. This is a heartfelt outreach for anyone affected by substance use, abuse, or addictions. In the format of an awareness rally speakers forum, it is aimed for every one of all ages and walks of life and is kid friendly because it affects everyone without exclusion in one form or another at some point in time.

Bringing as many individuals as possible together for one evening, the venue will provide a comfortable place to sit in the air-conditioning and listen in peace to some powerful presentations and true testimonies from a lineup of very special people who are willing to share their struggles, realizations, and victories.

Real facts and raw truth about the substance abuse trends will be presented in a straight forward manner. Availible will be a list of resources to help people find the anwsers they may be looking for.

Doors will open at 6:30 p.m and the program will start at 7p.m. Free refreshments provided. This event is also a springboard for interested organizations and resources to come together and express their heart for educating and helping the community understand the services that they provide as well. Free educational literature available. Around 9 p.m., all speakers will be available for Q & A for those who want deeper insight.

As these rallies continue, being built literally before our eyes, is a very strong base of incredibly passionate and caring volunteers coming together to focus on a community wide expression to present the truth in a loving and caring way, the needed information on a vast array of problems that affect peoples lives. Everyone is invited to come as you are, straight from work etc. to share in something that can be life changing.

The rally will be conveniently located at 319 York Avenue, two and a half blocks northwest of the Weatherford Courthouse Square. Don't worry, its ok to show up late or leave early, (life happens?).
